CBR Racer Memberships includes an annual CBR License, eligibility for CBR Best All-Around Racer (BAR) and Best All-Around Team (BAT) Series and CBR State Criterium Championships, and other kick-ass stuff. CBR & USA Cycling Reciprocal Upgrade Agreement

02/10/2004 - CBR and USA Cycling have reached an agreement to allow for reciprocal upgrades. Both organizations have the same upgrade guidelines. If you have earned an upgrade through either group you can now have your other license upgraded. For example, if the USCF has recently upgraded you from a Cat 4 to a Cat 3, CBR will also grant you the same upgrade for CBR events. As for qualifiying events, all CBR road races, including the El Dorado race series will count towards a USCF upgrade.
